NAWBO® Re-installs Jacqueline Hayes to 2020-2021 National Board of Directors
Hayes continues the national board to expand her efforts in support of women business owners nationwide.
Washington, D.C. (June 19, 2020), The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) has re-appointed Jacqueline Hayes Chief Marketing Strategist & Principal of Crayons & Marketers to the 2020-2021 Board of Directors. The NAWBO National Board represents the women business owners across overcoming the adversity most business owners are facing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The diverse board brings together unique experiences to help educate and mentor women business owners through such uncertain times while also advocating for policies to keep a vibrant national economy.
“Jacqueline is not only a leader within NAWBO but also a leader in her Nashville community,” said Cristina Morales Heaney, NAWBO National Board Chair. “She faces adversity head-on, and I am grateful to have her mentorship and entrepreneurial spirit for our NAWBO members during these uncertain times.”
Jacqueline Hayes, MBA is Chief Marketing Strategist and Principal of Crayons & Marketers, a full-service marketing communications company located in Nashville, Tennessee. Under her leadership, Crayons & Marketers’ data-driven marketing strategies and expert execution help organizations build marketing campaigns that support business growth. Crayons & Marketers is a certified woman-owned, minority, and disadvantaged business enterprise.
Before starting Crayons & Marketers, Jacqueline was the Marketing Manager for Harpeth Marketing, where she led the firm’s lead building and nurturing programs for market research firms. Jacqueline previously served as the communications chair and past president of the NAWBO Nashville.

The 2020-2021 NAWBO Board of Directors includes Cristina Morales Heaney – Chair; Jeanette Armbrust– Past Chair; Susan Dawson – Chair-Elect, Karen Bennetts –Secretary/Treasurer, Tanya R. Hill, Lisa Coppola, Lesa Seibert, Jacqueline Hayes, and Megan Patton.
The new board will be installed this evening during the virtual NAWBO 45th Anniversary Celebration.
